This usually happens when people don't listen and stop on the tracks or really close. You see this when you come a red light close to a train track, half of the people are pulled up on the tracks. When it's rush hour and this happens where are you goign to go? Alot of people get so involved and trying to start a car back up that they forget that they could get out.
